“Based on the Act XXV. of 2023 on complaints, public interest reports, and rules related to the reporting of abuses, the mandatory internal abuse reporting system under the law is available as follows:

The system is operated by the Csontos és Törőcsik Law Office as a whistleblower protection lawyer (1118 Budapest Villányi út 47, acting lawyer: Dr. Réka Csontos, lawyer). Notifications can be made by calling +36302222039 on weekdays between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. or by email at csontos@cstlegal.hu . The whistleblower protection lawyer will return unanswered calls within 2 working days. In other respects, the whistleblower protection lawyer handles the reports in accordance with the applicable law and sends a confirmation of this within the deadline prescribed by law."
